» 40% NON REFUNDABLE down payments required to secure a booking at Toolz Beauty Hub.

» Refill is required only between 2nd and 3rd week, anytime outside this duration will be regarded as a fresh infill.

» Please kindly come with clean and neat lashes only, no eye makeup around your lashes area as dirty and unclean lashes attracts extra charges for lash bath.

» Long length lashes from 16mm upwards attracts extra charges

» When necessary, appointments should be rescheduled atleast 4 hours before the scheduled time as deposit is not refundable for NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION
